Privasis shares only what a carpool needs, only with the families in your group — and asks every parent first.
- Private groups. Up to five families, joined by invite. No other group can see yours.
- Location only while driving. Shared during a run, cleared when it ends — never shown after 30 minutes.
- Kids don’t have accounts. First names only. No photos, last names or contact details.
- Parents agree first. Every parent confirms what their group sees before anything is shared.
- Help in one tap. A driver can alert every parent at once if something goes wrong.

How many families can be in a group?
Up to five kids in total, so every run fits in one car. A sixth family starts a second group at the same school.
How much does it cost?
$1.99 a month or $19.99 for the school year, per family — all your kids are included. Every family gets 14 days free first.
Do I need a Google account?
No. Sign in with Google, or with a one-time code sent to any email address — no passwords either way.
Can my kids see who’s picking them up?
Yes. Make a kid pass in Account → Kid passes and share the link or code. It shows only your kid’s own rides for the day, needs no account, and you can turn it off any time.
What if I don’t drive?
Choose “Rider only” when you sign up. Your kid rides, and you still get every notification.
Who can see my address and my kids’ names?
Only the parents in your group — the people driving your kids. Nobody else, ever.
Is the driver tracked all the time?
No. Location is shared only while a run is in progress, it disappears when the run ends, and drivers can switch it off and share stop updates instead.
Do I need to download anything?
Not today — open app.privasis.com and add it to your Home Screen. App Store and Google Play versions are on the way.
Can I leave or delete everything?
Yes. Leave your group, download your data or delete your account from Account → Privacy & data. Your runs are shared out to the other families automatically.
